Cancellation Policy

Livion Lux — Booking, Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Booking & Deposit Every Livion Lux appointment requires a 50% deposit before confirmation. The appointment remains pending until Livion Lux receives and verifies the deposit. After the customer submits a booking request, Livion Lux provides the exact deposit amount and separate payment instructions. Accepted payment methods are Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Deposits are paid directly to Livion Lux, separately from The K. Redd Network’s website payment processor. After verifying the deposit, Livion Lux manually approves the booking and the customer receives confirmation. Cancellation If the customer cancels at least 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is not refunded in cash. It becomes a Livion Lux credit valid for 30 days from the cancellation date. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. There is no refund and no credit. Rescheduling A customer may request to reschedule, including on the day of the appointment, provided the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Livion Lux handles rescheduling requests manually. If the rescheduling request is made less than 2 hours before the appointment, the existing deposit is forfeited.
